Security required (two guards per floor/4 hour minimum)
Applicants must complete a permit and return with a 50% non-refundable deposit (one-half of rent payable by cash, money order or certified check.) The balance will be due 72 hours prior to the event date. Events ending after 12:00am will be charged an additional day's rent. |
